Welcome Home Everyone.
Welcome to your website! Here you will find most everything you need to know about the community you live in — from the latest news to rules and regulations. The homeowners association is here to help ensure that Foothill Village remains a great place to live.
Our Goal is to
Put the home owners first.
We all have a stake in Foothill Village, which has been a great place to live since the community formed and homes were first listed for sale 40 years ago. A lot has changed over the years — great families have come and gone, the landscape has matured, and the surrounding area has become more developed — but the homeowners association’s commitment to quality of life and a well-maintained community has not wavered.
The reason for this commitment is simple: When a community becomes known as a great place to live, it increases the value of the homes and (usually) attracts quality buyers. Even more important, it helps ensure that the quality of life that we have become accustomed to does not erode.
But a vibrant community needs more than a strong homeowners association. It needs committed residents who are willing to “play by the rules” of neighborliness and invest some of their time to maintain the quality of life. So if you value your quality of life, or if you want to see things improved, get involved and let your voice be heard.
Here are the resources and forms you need to be an informed resident.
